A Nap Installation creates sacred spaces for the community to nap together. Tricia Hersey curates the experience with yoga mats, blankets, pillows, curated soundtrack, rest altar, poetic meditations, and a post-nap talk.

REST IS RESISTANCE by Rev. Tricia Hersey A New York Times Bestseller!
You are invited to join professors Rev. Amina S. McIntyre and Dr. Marcus A. Hong as we read together through Rev. Tricia Hersey's REST IS RESISTANCE. This timely book draws upon Rev. Hersey's ministry curating communal napping experiences as the "Nap Bishop" to articulate the power of rest, naps, and daydreaming in embodying resistance to capitalism and white supremacy. It is recommended, but not required, to attend all three sessions. You are invited to read ahead.
