Sun-Walking Fellowship Student Worker (Program Assistant) 2024–2025

Job Summary:

The Sun-Walking Fellowship Grant seeks a current Louisville Seminary student for a Student Worker position. The Student Worker will help implement programs, specifically the Inspiration Retreats and Arts Festival. The prospective individual will have an interest in the arts and some administrative experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in coordinating and managing artists and vendors for Inspiration Retreat/Arts Festival.
  • Collaborating with the Sun-Walking Fellowship team to organize Inspiration Retreat/Arts Festival, including logistical details, set up and break down.

Availability on the following dates:

  • Expected start date January 2025 (up to 10 hours per week through Mid-May 2025).
  • Intensive Inspiration Retreat (January 24–25)/Arts Festival (May 10, 2025) (20 hours for each event)
  • Last day of the position for Spring 2025 is May 16, 2025 Compensation for this position is $10/hour.
