Supply Preaching

Louisville Seminary students are eager for opportunities to polish their preaching skills, at the same time being of service to the church.

If your congregation needs a supply preacher - for one Sunday or multiple Sundays - contact Dianne Reistroffer, 502.894.2294, dreistroffer@lpts.edu.

Members of Louisville Seminary's faculty are available for preaching and lectures in your congregation. Their contact information can be found in our online directory or by contacting Jean Newman in the Dean's Office, 502.895.3411, jnewman@lpts.edu.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

I need a copy of my transcript. How/where do I get that?
You may contact Erin Hamilton in the Office of the Registrar, 800.264.1839, ext 429, ehamilton@lpts.edu.

I would love to get in touch with a classmate. Can you give me her/his contact information?
Your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell, share, rent, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information. However, if you give us permission to share your contact information, we would be glad to send a note to the classmate you hope to reconnect with and let that person contact you, if he/she wishes to do so. Contact Heather Griffin in the Office of Philanthropy & Stewardship, at 800.264.1839, ext 352, hgriffin@lpts.edu.

I'm receiving duplicate materials from Louisville Seminary. What should I do?
Contact Heather Griffin in the Office for Philanthropy & Stewardship, 800.264.1839, ext. 352, hgriffin@lpts.edu.

I'm getting too much mail and/or too many emails. Can I pick and choose what I receive from Louisville Seminary?
Absolutely! In most cases you can choose to receive information electronically (emails, links, pdfs) or in print - although some information is limited to one form or the other (ex: the President's blog is only sent via email). To choose what you want (and don't want) to receive from Louisville Seminary, contact Heather Griffin in the Office for Philanthropy & Stewardship, 800.264.1839, ext. 352, hgriffin@lpts.edu.

I haven't heard from Louisville Seminary in a while. Have I fallen off your mailing list?
Let's start with the obvious questions/answers: If you've moved in the last year, we may not have gotten your change of address information. The U.S. Postal Service will forward mail to you for a certain period of time, after that it gets returned to sender. Likewise, if you've changed your email address or Internet provider recently you may have tighter spam filters that are blocking emails sent by Louisville Seminary.

Either way, call or email Heather Griffin in the Office for Philanthropy & Stewardship to ensure we have your most current contact information at 800.264.1839, ext 352, hgriffin@lpts.edu.

I think I made my gift to the Annual Fund, but can't remember when or how much. Who should I ask?
You may contact Heather Griffin in the Office for Philanthropy & Stewardship, 800.264.1839, ext 352, hgriffin@lpts.edu.

I've lost my diploma! How do I get another one?
Contact Erin Hamilton in the Office of the Registrar, 800.264.1839, ext 429, ehamilton@lpts.edu.
